Each of these provisions relates to every order on our website. If we have to change this policy on short notice, we can do so without telling our clients and we are also in charge of solving disputes.
✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns & exchanges If you decide the item is not right for you, it’s defective or you got the wrong item, we will approach a return within 7 days of your purchase. You should notify us by email before you return any items.
People have up to 30 days after buying to request a return or refund.
All items purchased can be returned within 30 days of receiving them.To be returned, the merchandise should be unused, in the way you originally received it and in its original packaging with accessories inside.
The manufacturer can charge a restocking fee or a fee for not returning or exchanging the item.
Anything purchased as part of a set/bundle must be delivered complete, so all items are available.
🔁 How to Request a Return or Refund
You may send an email to contact@ontoptrend.com with the subject line “Return & Refund Request”. Include:

Step 2:
Within 3–7 days, a member of our team will respond to your message.
Step 3:
Once it is approved we will send a return label to your email address. Print out the label and send the item(s) in their original packaging to the buyer.

❌ Return/Refunds Are Not Accepted If:
Customer misuse or abuse damaged the product.
They claim a refund within 30days.
The product is in used condition, some parts are damaged or the initial accessories are missing.
💵 Refund Processing
After we inspect and receive the returned product, we will update you by email to tell you if your claim is accepted or rejected.
If you meet the rules, money for the refund will be transferred back to your original payment method in 3–10 working days.
🚚 Return Shipping & Fees
You do not have to pay for shipping when you send us back an item if you use a defective or change of mind return.
You don’t have to pay any restocking fee at all.
⏳ Delays in Refund
If your refund is delayed:

Go over your bank account or card statement once more.

Get in touch with your credit card company as it might take a little bit of time for the change to show up.

Get in touch with your bank as the transaction may be ongoing.

Important: Please DO NOT return any items without email confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or unapproved returns.
🔄 Exchanges
To request an exchange, email contact@ontoptrend.com, with the subject “Exchange On Top Trend Bags” and give: your Order ID; the reason for the request, along with (if you have them) photos or videos.
Exchanges can happen only when the item being exchanged is the same as before.
🚫 Order Cancellations
You are able to cancel the order within 12 hours and get your money back.
If this is selected, any outside cancelation requests will automatically go through the process for returning an item.
📦 Address Accuracy
Make sure that your address is complete and accurate as it pertains to delivery.
If the address on your parcel is wrong, we do not accept responsibility for the package.
