1. How much is the shipping fee?
All U.S. orders have a shipping fee of $8.99. Orders to international locations have a shipping fee of $250. It is a fixed charge for your entire item amount, even if you buy a lot.
2. How long does delivery take?
Within the United States, orders usually take 4–6 business days to be delivered (1–2 days for order handling + 3–4 days for delivery).
Delays due to international shipping mean that International Orders will arrive 11–22 business days after processing (1–2 days for order processing + 10–20 days for shipping).
3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes. If the shipping address you chose is wrong, let us know by email within 12 hours of your order. It can take about 1–2 more days for us to process a new shipping address.
4. Do you offer returns and refunds?
You can return your order within the first 30 days you receive it. It is necessary that items you return are still unused and in the original boxes. E-mail us ahead of arranging any returns.
5. How do I return a product?
Send your emails to contact@ontoptrendbags.com with the heading: “return & refund request.” Let us know your order ID, why you are returning the item and attach pictures/videos if the product is defective. You will get a return label and clear instructions for bringing the item(s) to our U.S. warehouse.
6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Replacing a product that’s damaged or not what was expected does not incur return shipping or restocking fees for us.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refund approvals take around 3-10 days to be refunded to your original payment card.
8. Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges for the item you ordered are accepted by us. Send us an email at contact@ontoptrendbags.com, mentioning the subject line “Exchange Request” and tell us your Order ID and what problem you have with the product.
9. Can I cancel my order?
You have up to 12 hours after placing your order to benefit from a full refund by cancelling, after that it is viewed as a return.
